Terms of Service

BetterSelf lets you request doctor-led aesthetic treatments at home in serviced areas of Metro Manila. Every treatment is subject to medical screening and doctor confirmation, and may be declined or adjusted on medical grounds.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate medical-intake information. Treatment may be unsafe or unsuitable for certain conditions; the doctor makes the final clinical decision.

Prices are shown in Philippine Peso and may be starting or unit-based rates.

Treatments: a booking is a request. You submit it, the doctor reviews your suitability, and only if it is confirmed do you pay from your patient dashboard before the home visit.

Doctor consultation (₱800): this is paid up front. Once payment clears, you book your consultation call. The consultation fee is separate from any later treatment.

Payment is processed by our payment partner on a secure hosted page using QR Ph; we do not accept card or cash payments online and never see your full payment details.

If the doctor cannot safely proceed after assessment, you are refunded for the treatment. Patient-initiated changes and no-shows may be subject to a fee, and a consultation that has already taken place is generally non-refundable. Contact us as early as possible to reschedule.

For your safety, you agree to provide a clean, private, and well-lit space for the treatment, and to have a responsible adult present if the doctor advises it.

Aesthetic treatments are medical procedures. Results vary between patients and are not guaranteed. Information on this site is general and is not a substitute for an in-person medical assessment.

Provide truthful information, follow pre-care and aftercare instructions, ensure a safe and private space for the home visit, and tell the doctor immediately about any adverse reaction.

To the extent permitted by law, BetterSelf is not liable for outcomes arising from inaccurate information you provide or failure to follow medical instructions. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
