No — BetterSelf is a doctor-led home-visit service. Most treatments are done at your home. A few machine-based treatments are performed at one of our partner clinics, only in specific cases when that's clinically safer. The doctor will let you know if that applies to you.

Any applicable home-visit fee is confirmed by the doctor as part of the treatment plan before payment is requested.
You may cancel an unpaid request from your dashboard. For paid consultations or confirmed appointments, contact BetterSelf as soon as possible so the doctor can review the available options.
Eligibility depends on your medical history, current health, treatment area and the requested procedure. The doctor confirms suitability after review.
